I toured with Sarah at Illumina Apartments and honestly had an amazing experience. She was easy to talk to, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me anything. She stayed on top of communication the whole time and kept me updated, which I appreciated because the leasing process can get confusing sometimes. Everything felt pretty straightforward with her, and she made it a lot less stressful than I expected. Overall, she just came across as genuine and helpful, which goes a long way. If you’re checking out Illumina, I’d definitely recommend working with Sarah!

I had the BEST experience with Sarah Batista at Ilumina GCTC 🤩✨ If you’re looking for your next home, don’t even keep searching—this is the place you want to be! The apartments are absolutely gorgeous, and the amenities are everything you could ask for and more. Sarah went above and beyond for me and my little family. She walked us through every step of the process, made everything super clear, and helped us move forward quickly since we needed something fast. The whole experience was completely stress-free, which is rare when apartment hunting! Her customer service is truly unmatched—so kind, helpful, and professional. We felt taken care of from start to finish 💕 Highly, highly recommend! 💫
