I toured with Sarah at Illumina Apartments and honestly had an amazing experience. She was easy to talk to, answered my questions without making me feel rushed, and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me anything. She stayed on top of communication the whole time and kept me updated, which I appreciated because the leasing process can get confusing sometimes. Everything felt pretty straightforward with her, and she made it a lot less stressful than I expected. Overall, she just came across as genuine and helpful, which goes a long way.
