Good apartment complex. Good rates, renew early to keep prices low. Great maintenance team, Dustin is always available, calm and honest. I wish management took care of disturbing neighbors better.

Dusty is the best maintenance guy I’ve ever met. He cares so much about every person, asks our names, makes small talk, etc. he is always timely and does great work. Great guy!!!

Harry is the man. He came in like a super hero ready to complete the maintenance order mission at hand. He solved all my problems with ease. I can tell this wasn’t his first rodeo. Beyond his excellent work and craftsmanship, he seemed like a very cool individual. To all fellow residents, do not fear for Maintenance Harry and his attentive team are here!

Good evening. The truth is, I don't have much time left to move out of here, and the only thing I take away from you is the poor service we receive as residents. *The day I applied, I indicated I didn't want a second-floor apartment and I wanted a room that wasn't right next to the door. I also indicated that I didn't want my roommates to smoke. When I arrived to move in, they gave me a second-floor apartment with a room right next to the door. I went to the office, and your response was, "There's no availability, you have to keep it," okay, since I needed to move out that same day. *I finished going up to the apartment and the mess of the apartment, as you all know. Just arriving and that mess. *a roommate from 808B who let people in whenever they wanted, smoking whenever they wanted, and they never did anything about it for us. * The cockroach issue still persists, and I'm still dealing with the same issue, and they're not doing anything. Don't even look at where the problem comes from. * Now, today, July 14th, a man arrived, telling us we couldn't cook, we couldn't touch the counters. I think it's disrespectful to us who live here since they never told us. And even though people live here, they come to paint. The smell of paint is horrible because it's not even spray paint, and it's none of their business knowing, but that smell, in my state of pregnancy, is unbearable. I have dizziness and a headache, and I can't go anywhere else because that's what my house is for. But that can be done at another time. I'm leaving on the 1st and my roommates on the 7th. So they had time to do that, not one living here. * That carpet in the living room has been dirty since I arrived, and they didn't do anything about it. * That carpet in the living room has been dirty since I arrived, and they didn't do anything about it. I had higher expectations of you, but the office provided terrible service to residents. Maintenance is very good. The rest is not. So I'm unhappy with my stay here. !!!Check your apartments thoroughly before moving in because the restroom they say there is doesn't exist!!!
