Greedy, Lack of Parking, "Incentivises" for 5 star reviews. No Guests for over 3 hours, No more than 3 Cars, Rent will go up after your first year. Was a 6 year resident and was charged an additional 4.7k upon leaving, despite maintenance requests for the items charged. Rat infestation from 2023-2024. Plenty of other places on Fontainebleau that are more reasonable. Avoid United Property Management at all costs.

The maintenance and cleaning service is the best ... there is a new supervisor and the cleaning service has changed but a 100% I really thank you very much for that and the colleague Roxana who cleans my building the Versailles since she is the building remains with a very good smell every day in addition to the fact that I see her for the blink of my house and cleans every corner thanks to her too If I need to take measures with security because every day they are stealing motorcycles, cars and even personal things because it has already happened to me.... The location is good, with convenient access to shopping, dining, and everything Miami-Dade County has to offer. The community is joyful, and the amenities, like the pool and fitness center, make it easy to relax and stay active. The staff has always been approachable and helpful, and I appreciate their efforts to keep the property well-maintained. While no place is without room for improvement, I’ve noticed the management consistently working to enhance the living experience for residents. What stands out most is the welcoming atmosphere and sense of community. After nearly five years here, I can confidently say that Fontainebleau Milton feels like home, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.
