Excellent experience touring Blair Stone with Jackson and great communication with Jackson and Mia. Both did an excellent job and answered every question, every time we reached out. Upon move in, the apartment was clean and perfectly meets our needs.

I love this place. I love the location and my apartment. The office staff Meg and Jaxson are amazing. The mail room is clean, the gym is modern, the garage is pricey, but I need one lol. Sign up today! They are still building it.

BEWARE of the CONCESSIONS that is VERY TEMPTING AT FIRST! It would amount you in HUGE LOSSES if you take them. I incurred around USD 10,000!! I want to write this review and continue to add to it as i got through this to give you a real picture of the apartment lease agreement and the staff management from the beginning. And all they got is, 'you signed it'! I moved from PA to Tallahassee for a new position and i wanted to get a new and reliable option and Exchange at Blairstone Apartments was my number 1 choice coz it was never and seemed logical. But here it is - just 3 months since the lease my job opportunity failed and now i have to break the lease. It would be best you speak to a lawyer before you sign any of their documents coz the standard lease break terms are following but they use their concessions to distract you into something else by doubling this 30 days written notice 1 months’ rent as an early termination fee Raven from the leasing office has no options and i have requested for a management review because this is a complete rip off. Let's see what they have to say! And i would give more reviews about the garbage situation (for which you will have to pay for) in my next review with experience I've had since the beginning 19 May 2026 Here is the weekly situation with Trash as I open my door.

We love it here! We had to move in on short notice and the team was so helpful and accommodating -- especially Jackson in the front office. The units are clean and well-maintained, and the complex's location is perfect with being close to groceries, coffee, day care, etc. Maintenance is also very reliable, responsive, and quick! We've had no issues at all and just renewed our lease. Looking forward to another year at the Exchange!
