Eagles Landing Apartments

Can’t say enough positive things about Eagles Landing, from the office staff, maintenance team to the beautiful property itself, all are amazing!!! Beyond grateful to stay here!

⚠️ DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE WITHOUT INSPECTING EVERYTHING FIRST. I’ve lived in this complex for two years, and I want to warn anyone considering moving here: inspect everything before signing. The maintenance team is kind and helpful, but the management office has been extremely unprofessional and dismissive. I was forced to move into an unfinished, unclean apartment because my only other option was paying a termination fee. I dealt with roaches, cracked bathtubs (in two different units), unfinished cabinets, and charges for things I was told would be covered. Even when I reported issues immediately, I was still blamed or billed. If you’re thinking about moving here, please be careful. My experience has been stressful, expensive, and full of avoidable problems.

I have only lived here a few months but the living situation at a different complex had gotten so ridiculous we had to break our lease and get out of there. Since arriving at Eagles Landing the experience has been night and day to our previous location. The office is open 7 days, late enough to pick up a package after work if it gets delivered there, which they’ll text you if one has. Everyone who works in the office or on the maintenance team is very friendly and helpful and there are often community events or food trucks for the tenants. Every work order we’ve put in, maintenance has arrived within a day and remedied the issue, including one which was fully my fault causing damage to an outlet and I offered to pay for, but they said it was not a problem. The community is clean. We do occasionally hear dogs barking or kids playing loudly outside but thankfully not late at night. The buildings aren’t super new and I live on the top floor so utility costs from the AC are a bit higher than I’m used to, but I also like that the utilities are all separate from the rent so you know exactly what you’ll need to pay the property each month and it doesn’t fluctuate. Life is much less stressful living here, very glad we moved in. Best place I have lived in my 12 years of renting apartments.

This is a pretty nice apartment complex! It may be one of the older arbor properties, the ladies in the office are amazing and professional! They will definitely make sure you’re taken care of. There’s a lady named Kina who is always a pleasure when I come in! She was super helpful on my tour and helped make my move in process a breeze.

Quite literally the BEST apartment I’ve ever rented from. Never had a problem with staff here at all. Service requests are answered in a timely manner and everyone here is very kind! Great location in the north part of Midtown, so you’re close by to everything. I definitely recommend renting here!!! Thank you all for a great stay! Great sunset views too!
