Management doesn’t help with solutions , noise ordinance never really applies. Elevator is always broken. Door handles to enter the building gets broken by tenants with anger issues. Sits in the middle of crime territory. Tow cars for no reason.

Constantly smells like smoke in the hallways. Tenants are very loud and tend to break the knob on entrance doors outside. Don't get a car because it will get towed while cars that are beat up won't get towed. Overpriced for actual paying tenants. But if you on section 8 you can act wild and play loud music in your unit. Walls thin ash and you can hear tenants beating on each other.

Place not too bad has decent space!! But the property manager Dejour Green!!! Is horrible!! I recommend nobody live here until she is replaced!!! Your rent will change constantly, you WILL be charged for normal wear and tear!! She's never available in the office, the office VM has been full for at least 2 years( she might delete them now!)they have a message thread you can contact her through for any concerns. During the storm and power outage last year my ceiling was leaking through the light fixtures and one of the sprinklers in the room, sent her pictures and information...power back up they send someone to check it out about a week later.. I move close to a year later, she wants to charge me for the damage from the storm!! Make that make sense.. amongst countless other things!!! Over half the people that has left deep the same! But I'm speaking on it!! When Kayla was the property manager all went smooth all was taken care of in a timely manner!! But Dejour could not even do my walk thru due to her having a hangover from her bday shenanigans. Priorities first ma'am!

Terrible experience. Very disappointed and let down. Jonathan was actually great but the other property manager Dejour does not like doing her job. I wasted thousands of dollars on this move in process and now I have to wait 30 days to get my “good faith deposit “ back. Office always has a CLOSED sign on door. All of my emails have went unanswered & you can forget trying to call. I’m basically homeless because I was told they’d get back with me and never did. I literally had to chase them down. What a huge disappointment.
