I recently moved in, and so far everything has been great! Roxanne made the entire leasing process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and very helpful throughout.

My husband and I have lived here for 2 years and have no complaints! Specifically the maintenance team have helped us numerous times. During this past holiday weekend our air conditioner went out and as I was walking my dog I saw Robbie and asked him for help. Even though he was technically off work, he helped me get in touch with Steve to get it fixed so that we wouldn’t have to sit in the heat until Tuesday. Very appreciative!

Angela and Sonya were great. I went in and it felt like home from the start, Angela helped with making sure all the paperwork was completed right then and we had everything we needed approved in a day and was moved in within 2 weeks. Beautiful apartment pool and hot tub are definitely a favorite part. Angela made the process so easy and smooth and took all the stress off my plate.

I’ve been dealing with ongoing noise issues from the unit above me since moving in 9 months ago, and management has failed to take any meaningful action. I’ve reported this repeatedly to the office, specifically Angela. She instructed me to call the non-emergency police line each time and provide case numbers so they could move forward with eviction. I followed those instructions and have had officers out approximately 15 times. Every case number was provided to the office. Angela repeatedly says she will “look into it” and call me back, yet she has never once followed up. When I try to call the office, my calls are often ignored—I’ve even had to use a different number just to get someone to answer. I recently found out that none of the case numbers I provided were ever used or followed up on, despite the information being publicly accessible. This has been a complete waste of my time and law enforcement resources. The lease clearly states that repeated noise complaints can lead to eviction, but management has chosen not to enforce it. This is a clear lack of accountability and follow-through. I hope corporate management reviews this and addresses how this property is being handled.
