It's a nice place to live

A bit dated but kept up nicely. Steve, the maintenance guy, was very well versed and helpful.

I live in apt 9a. The apartment has a black mold problem. Already found in two separate rooms and barely delt with. I just found a 3rd location I have absolutely no faith will handled adequately. On top of that there is a serious cockroach infestation that again is receiving little to no effort. Talks with the neighbors have revealed similar problems in other units. Sagging floors, old wiring, I could keep going. However I'll end with the night an improperly installed ceiling fan broke and parts landed on me in my sleep.

Great value for how close it is to everything. Staff were courteous and were willing to be flexible with my lease. Issues with the apartment were rare.

Very very bad Management Office staff not in office most of time. We live in apartment 9B. We had fire in my apartment on Sept 30th. Still nothing fixed. It is 15 days still did not fix following things Black walls because of black smoke Black Carpet because of black smoke and particles Screen door Door lock Electric gas not working properly They want us to pay rent on 1st of month otherwise all kind of penalties but do not want to take any responsibility I do not want to give even one star but google does not allow to post without that
