I would honestly leave none if possible. Doesn’t fix apartment issues before move in like promised. Spontaneous charges. Charges for wifi and tv but they don’t provide it.

I hate to leave this review because the staff seemed so kind before we moved in, but our experience has been disappointing. We’ve only lived here for 2 months, and we’ve already had multiple issues. We were charged a $100 trash fee even though we were told at move-in that a warning would be given first for a first offense. Keep in mind some days they don’t even get the trash that’s why it was left out .The notice they provided also says to contact the front office if you want to dispute the charge. We spent several days trying to reach someone, and when we finally did, we were told they couldn’t remove the charge. It feels like the policy isn’t being applied the way it was explained to us on signing day. I had seen reviews calling this place “money hungry,” but I didn’t believe them because everyone was so welcoming before we signed the lease. Unfortunately, our experience has made me understand why people feel that way. On top of that, we’ve had ongoing issues with noisy upstairs neighbors who don’t respect quiet hours, making it hard to get sleep. My fiancé works long days in concrete, and I’m a nurse working 12+ hour shifts, so sleep is important. For the amount you’re paying here, you could honestly rent a house and have much more peace and privacy. My fiancé and I are young, and we’ve learned an expensive lesson. If you’re considering moving here, ask detailed questions about every fee and policy before signing. We wish we had.

The application process and lease signing process was very smooth. Ms. Daysis and Ms. Amari assisted me and were very kind and thorough and made the process very stress free. 10/10 would recommend !
