Toured here a few weeks ago and absolutely love this place! Nice area, not too close to the busy Texas Ave road, but tons of eating/shopping places around! The courtyard with the water fountain and two pools were GORGEOUS!! It is so serene and peaceful, I could sit outside in that area for hours. I also love the fact that there is a Dining Hall, so no worrying about buying heaps of groceries and cooking it myself. One less thing off my plate when it comes to school. Absolutely love the fitness gym and Yoga room! Plus, having a place to study rather than my room, full of distractions, is a nice touch. They also have a THEATRE! Cannot wait to set up a girls nice to throw back popcorn and watch the new TV shows with the girls!! The front desk agents were super nice and friendly. Definitely going to call this place home!

It truly is a nice place to stay. You will be close to everything outside of academics so it makes it easier to get out the "house" (especially if you only got a E-Scooter). Amenities are awesome and a generous amount of pop up events will happen from the staff. You will not get a full kitchen; you have a kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, cabinets & drawers). The dining hall is pretty good with reasonable options but do not expect Gordan Ramsey level food (this is the only meh part). I highly recommend!
