I rented in this community for 3 years. The community is gorgeous! but BEWARE! TallyVentures bought about 10 condos and THEY ARE TERRIBLE! They refuse to upkeep the rentals and place the blame on the tenant for everyday issues that shouldn't be a problem for the landlord to address. If you are planning to rent in the community< PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM TALLYVENTURES PROPERTIES!
