The rooms are nice. This appears to be an all-inclusive dorm so if you don't believe in all inclusivity then I wouldn't check the box.

Great college dorm since it’s the newest addition (built in 2021), but rooms are super small (about 7’x9’ give or take). If you’re one of the few who are able to get housing, this is definitely the best bang for your buck. Newest furniture and it’s closest to the epicenter of school.

Not a college student so I have no input but I've been to one other dorm building in my life (UNCG Grogan or whatever it's called) and this place knocks that out of the park. Suite design is gas because I only gotta share my bathroom with 4 other people instead of the entire floor. The common area is also very nice with microwaves and tables and stuff. Lot of areas for working and debate rounds.

It's a nice building, however the rooms are small and the showers aren't that large either. There's a huge common area in the room and a laundry area on each floor, which are huge pluses.
