The property manager Felicia is a joke. Do not rent from here your kids will get mold sickness and she doesn't not care at all just sits at her desk or tells people they are lying about water leaks when there is video proof

I promise you, you can live somewhere better. Don’t go for it, at all, like genuinely move on. The units are disgusting. It’d be cool if the landlord special was it, but genuinely these units feel dangerous to live in. The management is impossible to reach and slow to respond (if they aren’t just straight up lying). What you see when you tour or first sign, I guarantee you, is the best condition you will see of that place. It continues to deteriorate. The lease will say rent is X, but fees will add on a few hundred. Not to mention the violent crime that will become a habitual part of your daily life here. There is a cheaper place out there that will feel like luxury compared to this slum

Their new policy is no cameras to watch for delieveries. Anyone who is hungry come sit in the parking lot and watch for door dash, amazon, walmart groceries, or whatever else you need. Tell all your friends this place has no cameras too!

These apartments are getting out of hand with the pest control. And the apartment inspections every other day. I pay for privacy 900+ for anyone to come into your apartment anytime is very much overbearing and lacks privacy. Everyone doesn’t have bugs. Never seen bugs until pest control STARTS to come. If youre going to every single apartment wearing the same clothes and shoes carrying that to another persons apartments that’s nasty. My floor are super clean and my apartment that’s nasty having random outsiders, and having people in now I can’t be comfortable. Now I have to buy a pressure wash and deep clean when they leave for bugs I don’t have . Why would I need to remove all the furniture ? Are the cabinets and stove being moved? No. I get dizzy after they come and spray whatever they do . I’m starting to feel like this is public housing with the massive inspections. FOR WHAT? Everyone doesn’t have bugs, and just to be inspecting to inspect is super over invading I’ve stayed in apartments for over a decade never had pest control this out of control, or any random apartment inspections. And what’s the whole deal with another energy bill on top of your private one? I’ve never paid for street electricity. there are no public electricity in my building. would’ve rated it a five . If it wasn’t for this. Also people walk there dogs in the community without a leash huge ones several ones a time.
