Arbor Trace at Canopy

I lived here for four years and only moved because I relocated to a new city. The staff are wonderful, and the community is quiet, clean, and well-maintained. My apartment was great, and I especially loved having an attached garage. I’ll truly miss living here and highly recommend it. P.S. They regularly treat residents to great food each month, either catered meals or food trucks (all free). Every year, they even buy us pies for the holidays. The food trucks are always excellent, and it’s such a nice perk to be able to grab a meal without having to cook.

I am writing to express my absolute satisfaction with my time living at Arbor Trace at Canopy. The experience has been wonderful the 2 years I've lived here, thanks to both the excellent facilities and the phenomenal staff. First, the apartment facility itself is top-notch. The property is always immaculately clean and well-maintained. I use the fitness center, pool area, communal lounge regularly, and they are always in perfect condition. The 3 bedroom (Willow floor plan) is a spacious layout, with modern appliances, and quiet environment which makes my apartment feel like a true home. What truly sets this community apart, however, is the management and maintenance team. The office staff is incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive. Any time I have had a question or concern, they have addressed it immediately and with a positive attitude. The on-site maintenance team is also fantastic – they are kind, quick, and thorough. Repairs are handled promptly, often the same day, which shows a real commitment to resident comfort. I highly recommend Arbor Trace at Canopy to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming place to live. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional service!

As a former resident, my partner and I enjoyed our stay at Arbor Trace. I want to note that while the property itself has some great features — particularly the well-kept pool and clean, nicely equipped gym — there are serious concerns about professionalism. Certain maintenance personnel were overly observant of residents’ daily routines and personal lives. This behavior crossed professional boundaries and created an uncomfortable sense of surveillance for my self and several other residents. It’s important that maintenance staff maintain appropriate boundaries and respect residents’ privacy. Management should take steps to ensure all residents can feel safe, respected, and unobserved in their own homes. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property if this issue is resolved.

Great place to live if you want to hear your neighbors headboard bang against your wall constantly when they are having sex. Have contacted apartment manager and team leader and nothing has been done to resolve this matter. We really miss getting a good night sleep. Will keep you updated as far as what management plans to do.

I’ve waited 6 weeks after moving in to write this review. All I can say is LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!! My family and I relocated from out of state and we searched 8 different apartment homes in the Tallahassee area that will accommodate our family of 4. My husband, son (3), daughter who is 5 months were welcomed here with open arms. Destiny provided the best customer service out of any place we toured. We love the amenities, floor plan, staff and neighborhood. Thank God we found our new home. 5 stars should be 10 stars. It has been beyond incredible!
