So the people that have been working there under the old management are sketchy, and they are offering subleases under the table and telling people through a third party that it’s on a special or they’re gonna renew the lease, and then contact you stating you’re behind and that it’s the third party’s fault. They gave me an apartment that was ROACH INFESTED, and still had someone’s stuff in it and I looked up the person and think they got taken by ice. Either way I paid money to move in and then the office called me and said there was a previous fee on the apartment and they never told the third party it was going to be renewed and on a special. Also said she would let me stay and get caught up and waive late fees and never did. And I know that the office did get a cut of the extra money I was told to pay as deposit even though it was a sublease and shouldn’t have asked me for what they asked. Dead wrong. Police always in and out, someone locked me in the office computer room before, but I will compliment that the space and price for apartments are nice. I think the people from the new management are more professional

They never answer the phone, they change managements like clockwork. They sold me while i was in my lease to a new company and lost all important information and WRONGFULLY SENT ME TO COLLECTIONS. Very unorganized Corporate does not care about you nor will they reach out because it’s always different people! Property was disgusting will trash always over flowing, Gate always broken allowing crime right in! Amenities is usually left open so please expect random people throwing parties this summer

Lived here for two years and I can’t wait to leave! Management has been changed so many times, unorganized, and just not how you expect a BUSINESS to be ran. I feel there is very little, to no consideration for the tenants and the upkeep of the actual apartment spaces. They’ve closed the office multiple times without any notice, leaving tenants unable to pick up mail or packages unless they’re left outside of the office or delivered directly to your door. For some odd reason usps refuses to sort and deliver mail to our mailboxes so we are left to depend on staff who are not consistently in the office. Very frustrating! For the apartments to only be 25 years old, some of them look and feel much older. Also very bed roach infestations. I would recommend for college students or young adults that need affordable rent prices, but not for established adults with young children.

I'm a resident here with my 4 kids and I came in homeless they really care about the mothers and all.parents in this community they don't judge at all just communicate with them I'm so happy to be here great mgr(Mrs.melissa

Let me tell you; Whatever expectations you have of this place? Drop them. Don’t sign here unless you’re ready to put in the work. Yes it is cheap rent and it is a place to sleep, but everything is FILTHY. I paid for a renovated unit and when I got there, the floor was torn up from the concrete, sinks and countertops were old and stained, and the appliances were broken, rusted, and unregulated. There is also a slight issue with bugs such as fruit flies and the occasional roach. The staff does as much as they can but this place is a fixer-upper for sure. The neighborhood is also not preferable; as you will hear startling gunshots at least once a week. Do your research before signing here and don’t trust the model unit to hold your expectations. P.S., you’re gonna need to steam your carpets when you first move in to get rid of the smell too.
