Unfortunately I was graced with the most disgusting crap bucket of an apartment. I thought I got a great deal for a 1/1 but I have been bombarded with issues since I got here. I have honestly tried my best to ignore it and be a good sport but my 13th reason fell into my lap as I was preparing for my workout on this wonderful Wednesday (which was a good day). Now have been turned into another "I hate this apartment" day. If other residents in this complex are satisfied with their apartment then they were blessed by angels. - My first month here was a disaster cause there was a roach infestation. It was so bad I barely stayed here for the first 2 weeks. It was everywhere they were crawling on the walls, the countertops, the floors, the drawers, everywhere. It literally gave me PTSD. I never experienced an infestation of that magnitude that the property ofc didnt really take serious outside of call pest control.. - Tub does not drain. I dont even understand who designed the tub cause there is a permanent ring in the center (which I haven't stood in since I got here, so I take a shower in the back of the tub) Its a ring of water that sits there. So nasty - The fridge constantly leaks water. I have made multiple orders about this and it hasn't been fixed so again me being a good sport. I clean up the constant inconvenience of the fridge they gave me. - Mold in the bathroom, constant mildew smell. Been breathing this in since I got here and now I am contemplating seeing a doctor. - Washing machine smells like mildew. Have tried cleaning it but I think it's a bathroom situation. - Now my 13th reason is theres mold in the ac vent. The ac is running constantly because theres no other ventilation for the apartment. But the fact that mold air/spores were running rampant in this crap bucket has literally ruined my night. Im over the constant issues that keep popping up with this complex. I wish I never signed the lease or tried to penny pinch in this crap bucket. I am over it.. sick and disgusted.

The staffs at the leasing office is very kind! Also, the room is quite good for the cost of rent. I love it!

I moved in just before the Fall ‘23 semester started. I really like living here and it’s much nicer than the previous apartment complex from a different company where I used to live. The unit was clean when I moved in. They redid the tiles in my bathroom and they look nicer now. It’s pretty quiet here. I haven’t had issues with mold. I haven’t had an issue with parking and have always been able to park either right in front of my unit or a few spaces nearby it. Maintenance is really nice and responds quickly to my requests. When my AC broke, they ordered a new unit and replaced it. The gate is closed all the time, but if it’s open, I put in a maintenance request and they fix it within a day or two. Management also has been really nice and responds to my texts quickly! When I go in person, they help me and are nice. I feel like this apartment uses its space really well and I feel comfortable here. The square footage of my previous apartment from a different complex and company was about the same as my unit at 759. But, it feels so much more spacious here! I like how even though the kitchen is small, I was able to organize all my kitchen appliances and dishes with the storage shelves and cabinets above. The dishwasher, stove, and fridge are all modern appliances. Also, when I originally toured a unit, it had a built-in wooden desk in the apartment. When I moved into mine, there was a metal desk with smaller space for studying than the built-in wooden desk I saw. Since the place is unfurnished, I had to buy a desk to replace what I was given. Although the pantry is big, I only had 3 metal racks for storage when I moved in. So, I had to buy a larger shelving unit from the store to put in the pantry. Even though they redid the tiles in my bathroom, they haven’t fixed my bathtub. I asked management why they didn’t also redo the bathtub and if they could fix it twice, but they never got back to me. The paint is coming off and the metal is completely exposed in some areas. I once got a splinter in my foot with either the metal or paint that was coming off while taking a shower. In my opinion, the positives outweigh the negatives since some of my complaints I have are just minor inconveniences that I fixed myself. I really love living here and have even recommended it to a couple of friends who were looking for a new place to live! I definitely recommend touring a unit here and consider signing a lease!
