Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere before signing a lease here. This has been, by far, the worst apartment complex I’ve lived in. The office staff has consistently been rude and unhelpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Caitlyn is the one exception—she has always been kind, knowledgeable, and willing to help. The policies here are incredibly frustrating. Guests can be towed unless they pay a $10 parking fee, even if they’re only visiting for dinner. The property is also not well maintained. Trash is frequently left around the grounds, and the pools are often dirty. One of the biggest frustrations has been being required to pay for an Xfinity internet package after already having my own T-Mobile internet service. I had been using my own internet for months, and then was suddenly told I would be required to pay for the property’s internet package as part of the amenities. Paying for a service I don’t use or need is extremely disappointing. Communication from the office has also been poor. Phones often go unanswered, and it’s difficult to get clear answers to even basic questions. I’ve even taken time off work to visit the office during posted business hours, only to find it closed early. Overall, this has been an extremely frustrating place to live. I’m counting down the days until my lease is over, and I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking to rent in Tallahassee.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! I should have listened to the previous reviews. The apartment is almost unlivable. The A/C does not work and my apartment is constantly around 85 degrees. Management is unwilling to fix the issue and is dismissive of requests to fix it, even though my wife and kids have breathing issues. The apartment is riddled with bugs/cockroaches. I find about ten per week. The complex itself smells and there is cat/dog poop scattered throughout the apartments. Management incentivized people to rate the apartment highly in exchange for gift cards and entry into a raffle. DO NOT RENT HERE

It has been 10 days since my original no star review. Still no stove,washer or third floor railing repair. AC operates like it should but is undersized and runs non stop and can only get the temperature to 76 degrees. Outside unit is too small, needs to be a 2.5 ton unit to cool top floor unit with high ceilings. We put in maintenance requests & they are marked completed when nothing is done. We gave management the opportunity to fix the issues & still nothing. So this is place is less than zero stars. Run from this place while you can

I only gave one star because I could not leave zero. My son is an FSU student & has only lived here 15 days. First the management did a classic bait & switch after he arrived to move in. Claimed his unit that he signed a lease for was unavailable & then charged him more to get another unit, taking advantage of a student with nowhere to go. Then the unit they gave him was not cleaned & was disgusting. He reported a broken stove & washer immediately & still not repaired. Now the AC is not working which we reported a few days ago & no repair yet. I am in town today so I went to the office & two managers & the head of maintenance lied to my face & said maintenance would be here today. No one came, so I tried calling the corporate office but the voicemail was full. So I sent an email. Please take this review seriously & Do Not Move Here!!!! Art F
