Isla Antigua

I never share my thoughts publicly but I need to share how much this place has improved since Jamile joined the maintenance crew. Our building went from looking dirty full of spider webs and our stairs having caked on dirt to clean and presentable. She is such a hard worker, she takes her time with what she does to ensure the job is done well. She is not afraid to get dirty and takes pride in her work, from donning a leaf blower once a week to make sure the hallways and stairs are clean. Unfortunately, this place doesn’t always live up to its luxury living claim but having someone who takes such pride in her work and who does what she can to maintain a clean environment for us residents is greatly appreciated.

Living here has been such a great experience! All of the amenities and staff are amazing. Special recognition for the maintenance team, and especially Jamile! She is always taking such good care of everything here. I always see her working so hard and really giving special attention to the surroundings inside and out! She is a true blessing here! Also when I signed the lease Michelle was so helpful and make the entire process extremely easy.

I moved here in July from New Jersey. I have found Isla Antigua to be a wonderful place to live. The apartments are nicely appointed and it has all of the features one would expect that a resort. A beautiful pool a fitness center along with common areas for lounging and a game room The management and maintenance is top-notch. I would highly recommend Isla Antigua apartments if you’re looking for a great place to live in Saint Augustine

I lived on the 4th floor of Isla’s main building for 18 months and it was fantastic. Faced the parking lot. I truly can’t say enough good things about the complex. 99% of the other residents are good eggs. (You’ll meet the 1% when you join the Facebook group). I personally never had any issue with anyone there. Can’t tell if I lucked out with fantastic neighbors or what. I also made several friends with some of the regulars at the complex. Never ran into a bad apple. When I first moved in, I kinda just did. I slowly heard rumors of issues I’d run into living at the complex. None of which ended up being true for me. (I only mention this because of some reviews I’ve also seen). Management (Ally and other staff) made things way too easy on me. There were a couple of instances that needed immediate resolution, and they helped me basically at the drop of a hat. Extremely friendly and very accommodating. Beautiful rooms. Beautiful board walk. Beautiful pool area. The move out process was absolutely seamless. I’m hoping to move back to Saint Augustine in about a year or so, and I hope this will be my home again in the future. Definitely recommend living here if you aren’t a crazy person.

What a great experience! Perfect location; five minutes from downtown or the beach. The amenities are great with options to socialize at the pool by seeking solitude with one of their kayaks or SUPs. The Isla Antigua Team was ALWAYS responsive and truly invested in creating/ maintaining a positive experience. Most of all, they were people of their word.
