I have proudly called University Row Apartments home for many years, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful place to live. The property is well run, management is attentive, and there is a real sense of stability and community here that you don’t often find in apartment living. The team works hard to maintain the property and respond to residents’ needs while also ensuring that rules are followed so everyone can enjoy a safe and respectful environment. Like any well-managed community, there are standards and expectations, and they are applied fairly. It can be frustrating to see false or exaggerated claims online, especially when many of those comments come from individuals who were held accountable for not following community rules or not meeting their responsibilities as residents. Long-term tenants like myself know that those claims simply don’t reflect the reality of living here. For those of us who have lived here for years, University Row truly feels like home, and that speaks volumes about the management and the community they’ve created. I’m grateful to be part of it.

University row is a very safe quiet place to live. Audrey is a very helpful with anything you need. I've lived here for a year now and I haven't had any problems. It's a great place for people of all ages animals are welcome, kids are welcome.i just want to thank you for all your help and kindness .

Helped my fiance move into an apartment at university row about a year ago. The manager, Audrey, was and still is, very polite and helpful. The complex itself has a very safe, and cozy, feel. Plenty of security cameras.

I have lived here for over 3 years now and I absolutely LOVE it! It’s so safe and affordable, I am genuinely so grateful to be here. Audrey is an incredible property manager, who keeps our beautiful community what it is. Ruben is always there with a smile and ready to take care of any of our apartment maintenance issues. Amazing neighbors all thru out the property. I highly recommend University Row Apartments!

this is an amazing choice if you are looking to move into a new apartment! the property manager is excellent in every aspect. super polite, friendly & fast acting in regards to any inquiries i might have. i highly recommended this apartment to anyone who may be looking for a kind staff and clean living environment!
