University Oaks

I've lived here for a little over a year and I love it! Anytime I need anything the owner & staff are on top of it! I never have to wait more then 24hrs. Rents is affordable, grounds are well kept & I feel very safe with the 24hr survaliance surrounding each building.

I’m very thankful to Maryse for giving us the opportunity to live here. She has always been kind, respectful, and attentive to us. Whenever there’s been an issue, she and her team have responded quickly and efficiently. We truly appreciate everything they do to keep this place comfortable, clean and well managed. Highly recommend!

If you have an ESA maryse will deny you. She is afraid of dogs. She told me i could move in and then when she saw my ESA she tried to tell me she needed a full profile on my dog. I sent her vet records and my ESA letter from my doctor. She then did not respond to my text for 2 days. I finally got a hold of her and she confidently told me she was afraid of dogs and that her tenants were too. By law she is not aloud to discriminate against breed or size. My dog is so loving, sweet and well behaved. I now have to start all over with my apartment search. This lady is rude and breaking the laws. She has no knowledge of mental health disabilities. She has discriminated against me. Beware

I absolutely love University Oaks! Maryse has always been so incredibly helpful and amazing. University Oaks is located in such a convenient location, and while here, I’ve never ran into any problems or concerns. University Oaks will always be my first and preferred option!

I am very appreciative of Maryse response and flexibility to accommodate my family. Once she shared her expertise, we felt confident working with her. She was patient, considerably caring and very knowledgeable of the apartments. Thank you to Luis for assisting us with a minor maintenance.
