University Club Apartments

University Club Apartments is an exceptional community, and the staff are truly the foundation of what makes this place outstanding. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and deep knowledge of the property are unmatched. Every interaction is handled with genuine care, respect, and efficiency, making residents feel not only welcomed but truly appreciated. The staff consistently go above and beyond to ensure a positive living experience, creating an atmosphere that feels both supportive and inviting. The beautiful apartments are only enhanced by a team that clearly takes pride in what they do.

I applied for a rental based on the company’s stated availability of December 3rd. After submitting my application and holding fee, they changed the date without notice and now refuse to refund the app fee. Their office is only open two days a week, and they deliberately call “back” outside of their own normal working hours, making communication difficult. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional, and I would caution others to be aware before applying Luckily I recorded that phone conversation of 12/03 availability! Misleading, to say the least. Income restriction also ridiculous, you have to be borderline poor to live there

I want to share my wonderful experience with Jim and the maintenance crew at University Club Apartments. Jim and the crew are so kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. I have had nothing but great experiences with all the staff here. Jim, you are such a hard worker and a good and caring man. Thank you all!

I have been living in this community for few months and I am very satisfied, the maintenance staff are an extremely helpful and kind people and get their job completed in a timely manner. The office staff are also great group, especially Eliezer. Property is clean and well maintained. A quiet and relaxing environment with a nice view to a lake. Great amenities like a volleyball court, pool, playground and exercise room. The only downside is that exercise room doesn’t have 24 hours access other than that everything else is great.

My mother and I have lived at this property for a number of years and we are very pleased with the staff and maintenance. They are kind, courteous, and from my opinion they truly care about their residents. Thank you to all the University Club staff.
