The Townhomes is hands down one of the best townhome communities in Sarasota. Location is excellent and Skye Ranch is a great, great multigenerational community. Great place for walking! For families with school age children, the school zone is one of the best and with a brand new K-8 school opening in the fall of 2025, things are really going to kick into high gear around here. And the sales reps are really helpful. I highly recommend Molly Whalen. She is exceptional. Ask to work with her.
