Robbie was fantastic to work with. He showed us around the property, answered all of our questions honestly, and made the whole experience feel easy and relaxed. Really friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people find the right place. Highly recommend!

We are a family of 4 looking for more space. We have been looked at multiple locations and Robbie has set the bar with how informative and elaborate he goes into the details of the property, any question, he was on top of it. With him being a resident himself, it really shows how much he enjoys living there. Bella Grove is currently 1 of our top 2 choices! Time will tell what we decide to do. My stepson has lived in two different apartments over the last four years at The Point. It was absolutely perfect for his work location. Clean well maintained and beautiful. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking.

We love living here at The Point at Bella Grove! Great staff and wonderful neighbors! The Halloween party was so much fun with lots of delicious food and a variety of drinks for everyone . Karaoke was a blast. A great big thanks to the staff!

I’ve lived at The Point at Bella Grove for over a year now and have had a consistently positive experience. I originally shared a lease with two roommates and later transitioned to my own apartment — a smaller space that suits my needs perfectly. Both Taishia and Robert went above and beyond to make that transition smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciate their help. They offer seasonal festive events which can be enjoyed by both kids and adults as well.
The maintenance team here is excellent — every service request I’ve submitted has been addressed quickly, usually the same day or by the end of the following. Overall, it’s a well-managed community and a solid place to call home.
