Keri was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. She was so kind, patient, and incredibly detailed when answering all of my questions. She took the time to walk me through everything about the community and made the experience feel smooth and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares and wants to help — which makes all the difference. I truly appreciate how helpful and thorough she was!

Being a resident here has been nothing short of a blessing, comfortability, pricing and office staff have been nothing but great but truly as my lease comes to an end office staff, Keri will be greatly miss. She truly is a Goldilocks (amazing sunkissed hair) She is not only a gem but in the management and leasing service she can make all the difference in renewing a lease and keeping a member of the community ,of which truly I have been considering. Our experience renting a home at The Loop at 2800 was excellent thanks to Kerri, Sofia, and Tiffani. From the beginning, they were very patient and showed us the homes many times, always answering our questions clearly and kindly. Their communication was very professional. They replied to our emails quickly and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process. After we were approved, they carefully explained every step and helped us move into our new home without any problems. Thanks to their support, our move was smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate Kerri, Sofia, and Tiffani for their hard work and dedication. They are a great example of how well the team at The Loop at 2800 does their job.

My experience with the Loop has been fantastic. I went in to look for an apartment on Saturday and Keri was so happy to show me around many different available apartments in my price range. I told her I was looking to move out as soon as possible as I was currently in a difficult living situation, and Keri understood the assignment! She helped to get me all the information and paperwork ASAP and now I am moving in tomorrow! This is the best experience I have ever had at any apartment complex, and Keri’s customer service skills are unmatched. Tiffany was very helpful in answering my questions also! Overall, I’m so grateful that Keri got me in for a showing last minute on Saturday, and she went above and beyond to listen to my needs and find me the best apartment for me. Thank you Keri!!
