Rivo At Ringling Condominium

Things break or are out of service often. Pool has been closed for more than 6 mos. 1 of 3 elevators is usually not functioning, security gates out of service. Repairs take long and tend to not last long. Front entrance has been under construction for months.. exterior projects not completed.

Repair person incompetent, did not know how to access part in washer. After googling opened washer, then misdiagnosed problem . Did not leave a report and company did not respond to request for a refund of the $79.00 charge. Completely worthless Do Not Call this company to repair your appliance!!

Really nice and clean. The staff at the front desk is super nice and helpful.

Nice building great place to live. Private parking garage. (beautiful paint job on the place)

What a joke. Typical downtown condo no where to park and had to wait 20min to get down elevator because they were doing their trash run
