I'd strongly consider looking somewhere else. I've lived here for 5 months, and it is a C- experience at best. The walls don't appear to be insulated and I can hear/feel neighbors walking around and talking at all times. The building itself was so poorly constructed (new in 2021), they've been spending the last 1.5 years fixing construction defects, which have included the installation of a temporary wall in my apartment in order to correct leaking window issues. I do not, and will not, have a window in my apartment for weeks, probably months. I'm staring at a black piece of tarp, and have lost square footage in my living room. They offered abatement, but I haven't seen evidence of that. Moving out ASAP. Trust the bad reviews. I did not, and now I regret it.

Lived here 2 and a half years and thankful to have left. Advertised as “luxury resort style living” - if your definition of “luxury” is paper thin walls, restrictive living after 9:30pm, consistent gate and hot tub malfunctions, espresso machine never stocked, delayed or ignored maintenance requests, MOLD EPIDEMIC (that spreads fast and will destroy your most important and meaningful possessions) all while overpaying for a cheaply built unit - Lyra is your place. At this point current and past tenants should get together to form a class action lawsuit against Lyra for the mold damage since theres a multitude of documented instances from a significant amount of past and present tenets whom suffered damages due to the shotty, cheap and lazy building work of Richman Signature. As of today theyre currently remodeling essentially half their complex for the issues with mold…..but hey 3,000$ a month for a 900sq/ft unit is totally worth it regardless of the discrepancies listed above, right? Oh, and just wait for the days they’re working of the fire alarm (which is more often than you’d ever expect) - enjoy your day off with a deafening, obnoxiously loud alarm setting off early AM in intervals of 10 min going off for the next hour or so.

I am very happy with the service here in Lyra. Front desk personnel is very helpful. Maintenance requests are filled same or next day. Special thanks to Heidi, Shauna, Carson and Alex.

I came to tour this apartment complex during my lunch break, and it was a complete waste of time. There was no receptionist at the front desk, and the manager was completely disengaged—she was on her phone for nearly an hour while several tenants tried to get her attention. She clearly didn’t care. Shockingly, it was a tenant—not the staff—who ended up showing me around. When finally I called her out with a firm voice that I have an appointment’s proof, she was reluctantly showing the unit. (The other tenant can only show me the amenities- pool, gym, because they don’t have the key to the showing unit). She was arrogantly telling me that there is no promotion and the website is misleading but just today, I get an email of their promotion. I guess many people leaving. This place is clearly mismanaged and unprofessional. I’m beyond relieved that I decided to sign a lease elsewhere. I talked to a few tenants while waiting. I usually not going to post to give 1 star, can see most of my review is 4 ⭐️ stars up but I would say avoid this place if you value your time and peace of mind.
