Vintage Lake Mary Apartments

We recently moved in this past week to Vintage Lake Mary and had a wonderful experience! From our initial tour until move in time Stephanie was very pleasant, attentive and willing to help. I’ve been living at Vintage Lake Mary for just over four months, and it’s been a great experience so far. The community is clean, quiet, and feels really well managed. The amenities are a huge plus, the gym is fully equipped, the saltwater pool is always spotless, and the common areas are kept in great shape. Stephanie made my move-in process smooth and stress-free. She’s friendly, patient, and always willing to help, which made a big difference when I was getting settled in. Maintenance has also been quick and reliable anytime I’ve needed something. Overall, this has been a comfortable, modern, and peaceful place to live. Definitely one of the better apartment communities in the Lake Mary/Sanford area. Highly recommend.

Exceptional Living Experience at Vintage Lake Mary I’ve absolutely loved my time living at Vintage Lake Mary! The community is beautiful, quiet, and truly feels like luxury living. The amenities are top-notch — from the resort-style pool and modern gym to the well-maintained common areas. Everything is clean, secure, and thoughtfully designed to make residents feel at home. A special shoutout to Lauren, the Assistant Property Manager, who goes above and beyond for residents. She’s incredibly friendly, professional, and always quick to help with any questions or maintenance requests. Her attention to detail and genuine care really set this place apart — you can tell she truly wants residents to have the best experience possible. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, style, and outstanding service, Vintage Lake Mary is the perfect choice. I couldn’t recommend it more!
