Diego did an excellent job. My apartment door looks brand new. He repaired and painted it. I'm so happy and grateful to Diego. He's very kind. I love living here; it's very welcoming, and I always see positive changes that make the place more beautiful.

We toured 4 MAA properties and it was a toss up between here and MAA Heathrow and we decided on here. The staff is amazing and overall so helpful. This community offers great amenities and the other residents are so polite and welcoming. If you are looking for great staff in a quiet community this is definitely the community to live in. Parking is not always easy but once you become a resident everything about the community and the area overall will make it all worth it. Shopping areas as well as restaurants are so close and convenient. We couldn’t be more happier with our new home. Tamika M

I’ll be honest—if I were writing this review three years ago, it would read a bit… differently. Glad I waited. We’ve been residents here for four years, and I’m genuinely impressed by how much the community has improved over the past year and a half. The transformation has been night and day. The maintenance team deserves special recognition—Peter and Chris are outstanding. They’re professional, diligent, and incredibly timely with their work. They are really sweet to our dogs too. The community is genuinely dog/pet-friendly, not just in policy but in practice. Michelle in the front office has also been wonderful to work with. Her professionalism and reliable follow-through on requests and concerns have made managing any issues light years better compared to the past. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about residents. The location in Colonial Townpark is unbeatable—we can walk to everything we need, which has been a game-changer for our lifestyle. The smart home amenities are another huge plus—the ability to control our door locks and AC remotely is especially useful when we’re away. The shared amenities are also top-notch. The pool and patio areas in the lofts provide beautiful spaces to relax, hang out, and meet your neighbors. We’re happy to call this place home (now lol) and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, conveniently located apartment community.
