I’ve had such a great experience here! The office ladies are so sweet, professional, and truly doing a wonderful job. They are always helpful and welcoming. The community is also in a great location — close to restaurants and shopping, which makes everything so convenient. I highly recommend living here!

Checked out Dalton Place Apartments today and I am beyond inspired and impressed. Gloria was absolutely phenomenal🙏🏾💗 the information she gave was understandable and informative, honestly between her and these amazingly beautiful apts. IM SOLD! Thanks Gloria you are amazing 🤩

I moved in February 2025 and the thing that I love most is how quiet it is! I have to be up @1-3am on work days, so go to bed pretty early. Where I used to live, sleeping was hard because the neighborhood was so noisy, between the cars with the music rattling your windows and the neighbors always yelling about something. No longer have that problem😊. And when you have an issue, they take care of it. I'll put it this way... I am happily renewing my lease😊🤗. The only way I'm moving is if I buy a house.

I lived at Dalton Place over 7 years and recently moved out of these apartments for a change. I always felt safe there and it is a very good location. Over the years I was not impressed with the office staff and they lacked enough maintenance workers to keep up with the work orders. My last few months living there I really started to see a change with these complaints as Julio started as the manager there. He’s keeps tenants informed when their concerns are brought up and returns call. I can see the work he’s doing and Madeline is doing to improve the community there.

I moved in here a few months ago and so far any issues that I’ve had have been addressed in a timely manner. It is a very clean apartment complex. Very understanding staff and very nice. Not a bad price for the units either. We visit the pool quite often as well And have not had any issues.
