Cozy Cottages they are cute .I call these places treehouses because you are up off the ground. I say 4 star only because of the Need to be updated as well as all the fences need to be done and updated there is rotton wood that was only painted over but you can clearly see and tell when a wood fence needs new wooden panel updates and the Trash tends to get overly full and that is not a pleasant sight maybe creating a fence around the Dumpsters and doing recycling would help visually but over all great areah safe and perfect location !

I just moved in to Canterbury Crossings a week ago and am so happy I did! From the start Casey in the office was so friendly and helpful and showed me the available units that would work for me. As soon as I saw the second unit we both knew it was a perfect fit! Casey walked me through the whole process and answered any questions I have. On move in day, she quickly got maintenance down to check a minor problem and Emmanuel was so nice and explained what needed to be done. I love the quiet, relaxed atmosphere at my unit and love the carport keeping my car cool! I am so pleased with the smooth transition to this new place thanks to the staff at Canterbury Crosings! 😀

I have never in my life felt compelled to write a review no matter how bad the service I got was but I cant just let others see this place and not be warned. The apartments are sub par, the floors are falling out, the appliances are outdated, the insulation is non existent. Expect high electric bills all year long because the heating and ac system in the apartments is a window unit that is Jerry rigged into the wall to go to the bedrooms and one vent in the living area. Which in our case was right by the front door so we just hemorrhaged ac. The roof started to leak a few months after moving in and it took almost a month to fix, in the middle of summer during the rainy season. That alone is unacceptable. The floor under the front door was rotting away and they came to replace it but just replaced part of it so it was still rotting away. The office changed through multiple people in the year we were there, that alone is a sign of a bad complex. I work in customer service, so I know what its like to deal with the general public and the service we received was below average. Especially upon move out. We were given false information and then charged clean out fees that we were not at fault for. When we asked what our last months rent was the girl in the office didn't know. You can tell the level of service just by the answering machine, where the girl makes a mistake and doesn't even bother rerecording. Please heed my warning and look elsewhere, its not worth the headache.

The office staff are very professional, courteous, and accommodating. They have shown that they will go that extra mike to ensure that the residents needs are met. Mostly all of our maintenance concerns have been addressed quickly and I feel like this community has the right staff in place . The apartment exceeded my expectations

The new management at this apartment community is outstanding. maintenance requests completed within 24 hours. Communication is open and transparent, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure my transition here as a new went smoothly. Highly responsive to questions and concerns. The community will be repainted and restored in the mid to long term time frame, definitely reinvesting in their infrastructure. Best strategic location in lake mary, everything in less than half a mile. Prior posts and reviews were from prior management so i would definitely check out the community for yourself and see. good people here, they are open only during the week so be sure to schedule during the weeks since they arent open weekends. Very glad i made the move
