Arbor Lakes Apartments

Not a resident yet but had to stop by to leave an outstanding review on the service we received upon viewing these apartments. Ms. Tee greeted us so warmly and provided an extensive amount of information making sure to ask all the right questions! This rental property is now on the top of my list of choices only because of how secure I feel in her management.

I had the pleasure of meeting Ms.Tee herself and honestly can say it is one of the best experiences yet. She is sweet and got straight to the point on getting me on board and showing me around the community. Her communication is top tier and I appreciate her efficiency in the community.

We originally came in just to look, but the manager’s warm welcome and professionalism completely changed our plans. She took the time to show us the apartment, answered all our questions, and made the entire experience feel easy and comfortable. Because of her hospitality and transparency, we ended up paying our deposit and signing the same day. Great first impression and excellent management so far.

We had went directly to their website to schedule a tour of their “apartments” to view. Yet when we came in, We were not greatly nicely more like , are you looking for something, we politely said yes we made an appointment to see your 2 bedrooms for rent via your website ? An older African American woman with short hair, with an attitude looked at us as if we’re stupid and looked us up and down and said “ did you speak to a person ( even though we had already answered the question and said - we booked online via their website). And, began to ask well are you looking for an owner or what can I help you with ? We mentioned again we are interested in viewing your “ rental apartments , not “ via renting from a property owner by from your office directing ( the leasing office ) “ or anything with HOA ( hoping this would clarify again , that we went to their website, not Zillow etc ). She got upset and bothered and yelled back at another employee, ( in the HOA OFFICE) and said in my face as if I am a child , you clearly don’t understand what I am saying to you , I was like wow , extremely unprofessional and rude and the attitude was unacceptable and unethical. I was like, no thank you I’m good, smiled and said so sorry to bother you . I cannot imagine how this office personal would treat the people who rent here, when you treat NEW guest who booked an online appointment via arbor lakes directly website so rudely . Immediately lost interest and wasted our time she was belittling our intelligence and very short patience . Should be ashamed of yourself on how you treat people . God bless you and whatever you are going through? ! I do not believe these reviews are genuine? Not with that unprofessional condescending behavior .

Arbor Lakes Condominiums has been home for two peaceful years now. For me this place was heaven sent. If we need anything Tee is on it. She is resourceful, energetic, and extremely knowledgeable. Her go getter attitude makes things easy. Moving in I had an issue and she cared for it right away. If maintenance is needed they come. The maintenance guy will tell you what he is doing, how long it will take and clean after hisself. The neighbors are the best we get along great. I traveled and my neighbors were taking my dog out and feeding her, watering my plants and keeping an eye on my home. #community!!!
