Just moved in, first off I want to say that the entire team here is outstanding. Responsive, prompt, and eager to assist any inquiry. Special thanks to Ricardo Fong, for touring me around the property and helping me to find my proper home. As Someone with a family it’s important to find a place that is cleanly, orderly, and safe. This property meets all my requirements and the 2 bedroom was very affordable as compared to many many many other properties from west Palm all the way up to Jupiter Florida. The amenities here are TO DIE FOR! And the styling of the property is insanely upscale. I’m so happy to have moved here, and I will stay for many years to come! Great place to raise children! I have been living here since June 2020! Greg the property manager has always been attentive and understanding! ALSO the maintenance team is so good!! I had an emergency lockout and he was at my place within the hour- Luis is fantastic and I am grateful for his professionalism, hard work and kind demeanor. I also talk with Michelle and Kevin frequently if something small comes up and they are so helpful!!

We have been living here since 2020, and we love it! Although many new developments are being constructed around us, we have not seen any reason to relocate to any of them. The Point has an amazing maintenance crew that addresses any maintenance requests expeditiously. Michelle, Greg, and Kevin have always been kind and quick to resolve any issues we may encounter. The neighbors over the years have been courteous and have great energy, which is important to my husband and I because we moved to Florida to enjoy our future and live our best lives. The scenery is absolutely amazing, especially the pool area. We have quite literally everything we need here and more. Thank you to the entire staff for their contribution to making this community so efficient and always being there when we need them. We hope we continue to enjoy the luxury experience provided and would recommend living here to anyone who wishes to enjoy the same.

In my opinion, this is a five-star community. It has great amenities, beautiful surroundings, and excellent maintenance. The staff is wonderful, including the general manager, Greg, and team members Kevin and Ricardo. However, Michele is the standout employee in this community. She is always ready to help and has gone above and beyond to assist us in moving to a better apartment. That's why we are truly satisfied living here.

I've ve been living at The Point at Southern Blvd since it opened in 2019, so I've had the chance to experience a few different shifts in the staff and maintenance teams over the years. I can confidently say that the current staff and maintenance crew are the best I've seen by far! When I first moved in, the leasing staff was helpful, but over time, I've noticed a real improvement in the overall professionalism and responsiveness of the team. The current staff is always friendly, efficient, and genuinely invested in making sure residents are comfortable. Whether it's answering emails quickly, following up on requests, or just offering a warm greeting, they've really created a more approachable and attentive environment than I experienced with the previous teams. The maintenance crew has also undergone some positive changes. While I've always had maintenance requests addressed in a timely manner, the current team is notably quicker and more thorough than before. They've always been respectful of my space, but the speed and quality of service I'm receiving now is far superior to previous experiences. From minor repairs to more complicated issues, the team now seems even more efficient, and I've never had to follow up on a request everythings handled in one visit. Overall, the current staff and maintenance crew have truly elevated my living experience at The Point at Southern Blvd. They're professional, friendly, and incredibly reliable, and their efforts have made living here feel even more like home. It's great to see how much they've improved the management and maintenance of the property over the years
