Been here since December they have made so many great improvements to this complex . The office staff is great & always makes sure you’re good, Maintenance is quick and gets the job done. All the neighbors are friendly and the place is quiet

Absolutely love this place in the staff. I have been looking for an apartment for almost 6 months once I seen this one and the price is plus how big a one bedroom is I jumped on it. They helped me with any questions I had move in with move and I’ve been here almost 2 months and I still love it.

Ms. Pricilla is wonderful . The waypoint was a very easy and fast process . There is always deals going on . Great place to stay . And maintenance is very on top of things if you need anything done .
