Do not, under any circumstances, attempt to rent a unit in this complex. Toured an apartment, unit looked fine. On move in day end up getting a unit with a different floor plan, reeks of weed, stucco on ceiling in master weirdly discolored, fridge not functioning and not even a week after living here my AC return is leaking water. This place is terrible, and not worth even half the amount they charge a month.

Jerry came out and fixed my AC. He was very nice, courteous and fast. He's definitely a maintenance man worth keeping! Big thanks to him and to the management company for hiring him.

I moved to the Reserves in October and it has been a pretty cool experience thus far. One thing I can absolutely brag about is the maintenance team. They literally do all they can to help you out, especially Jerry! Jerry goes above and beyond for his residents and it is so appreciated. He truly is a gem!

So,far it has been a very decent place to live. Anytime I have had any maintenance issues. They have addressed the issue and took care of the problem. I always have had good experiences with all the property managers. The most recent Karrie Morphis seems to very nice and very helpful. Hope to have her for years to come. Thank you! Karrie Morris

I've been fighting to get my central a.c. fixed since June 2019. Still getting lies and excuses from the office. Don't expect any kind of promptness with repairs unless it's the heat and that's only because they are required by law to do so. Let's get real though, this is Florida and the middle of January, and it's been on average between 75 and 80 degrees inside my apartment for the last 6 months. Don't expect any professionalism from the office manager either. I'm praying for cooler weather and looking for another place to live. I wouldn't recommend Bayou Marcus Townhomes to anyone unless they get new management.
