The Next is a remarkable place to call home, featuring a lively community atmosphere and an array of impressive amenities. The office staff consistently stand out for their outstanding support; they are not only helpful but also warm and welcoming. I would like to give special recognition to Harry, the maintenance man, for his exceptional service. He responded swiftly to my maintenance request, arriving in no time and addressing the issue with both professionalism and remarkable skill. Harry’s wealth of experience and attentive demeanor truly transformed my living experience, making it all the more enjoyable and stress-free.

Overall, this is a great place to live. The property is well kept, the swimming pool is a nice size, and the front desk is easy to access whenever you need help. The staff is genuinely friendly, and I especially want to shout out Harry from maintenance. He’s always been super helpful and professional whenever I see him and when he comes by to handle maintenance in my apartment.

I’m on my second year here. So far it has been good. Sometimes it takes maintenance a couple work orders to actually fix the problem but they eventually do. My space is good however they could improve on cleanliness in the stairwells, elevators and hallways. The cameras missing in elevator and side door needs repair( it get stuck open sometimes by elevator) the team is great though and feel like they actually care about the residents and the events are nice. Taking off one star for the lack of cleanliness in hallways etc. also be wary when buying from the vending machines. It’s taken my change a couple times and they don’t own the machines so no way to get your money back. Again the events are great and I’m getting along with my Roomate nicely but there is always room for improvements. I also take off because they made some of the closer spots tow away zones so it reduces availability in parking lot.

It’s a great day at The Next!! The staff is wonderful and always so very helpful! I have loved living at The Next over this past year! It’s super close to campus and I love all the events they do! I wish they had some after office ours for those that work maybe like a float and movie night after sunset would be cool! :) The maintenance team is good. You may have to put in a request again or follow up but they came out after hours around 10pm to put in request to fix my breaker box. They did get it fixed but it took a week or so for it to finally stop tripping. Other than that no major issues with the apartment. If you let them know something is wrong they will try to help get it fixed! Also follow them on instagram for giveaways and information!
