The Crossings At Nine Mile Road

I absolutely LOVE living here! The entire community is beautiful and so friendly, everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. My apartment is very comfortable, and fully updated! Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve responded quickly and gone above and beyond. The staff is genuinely amazing: friendly, helpful, and always ready to make things easier for residents. Angel and Katherine have gone above and beyond to create a fantastic living experience since day 1. The community events are honestly one of the best parts. They’re fun, creative, and such a great way to meet neighbors. Management truly cares about building a genuine sense of community, not just providing a place to live. I’ve always felt safe here, and the overall atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and incredibly well-run. I couldn’t recommend this complex more—such a fantastic place to call home!

I have to start out by saying I'm sorry this has taken so long for me to give a review. Honestly I nervously thought it was going to be difficult to figure out. To my surprise and the help of Ms. Chauncey it is very easy. 🤭 I want to start by saying we really really are thankful for our year in Pensacola! We couldn't have been blessed with a better place to call home then The Crossings!! You can not find kinder management !! They all really were friends! Always a smile and time for anything you may need help with. The professionalism and hard work was truly AMAZING! The office management, Angel, Katherine and Sam are truly the kindest ladies to work with on any situation! The maintenance team, TJ and Brian were always promt clean and knowledgeable. They all are a wonderful team that really makes you feel comfortable and cared about. We came from Omaha, Nebraska to a state we knew very little about if anything really. The Crossings really was a wonderful home away from home. We definitely miss Angel, Katherine, Sam TJ and Brian and all the care they put into all the apartments and grounds to give all whom reside a beautiful home! If you are looking for a new home and have found The Crossings......you've found home! ☺️

My roommate and I moved to the Crossings at Nine Mile last June and have completely fallen in love with the place. It's our first time living in an apartment complex, but we've experienced many others through friends/family and judging from some of their nightmare scenarios at other complexes in the area, we really lucked out landing at the Crossings. First and foremost, the units and property are beautiful*, spacious, and well maintained. It's located within walking distance to Target, Publix, and several other stores and restaurants, and even more just a short drive away. Neighbors are great and there is a nice balance of college students, young professionals, families, and seniors to make it feel like a well-rounded community. This place feels really safe, which is something we were worried about when moving to Pensacola. But what really stands out here is the incredible staff. Angel, Stephanie, and Logan in the front office are phenomenally sweet and helpful. We recently had to have our sweet senior dog put down and the team was remarkably kind when we went in to notify them of the change to our lease. The maintenance team is also top-notch, especially James who we tend to see most often. We haven't had many issues that have required maintenance, but without fail, they're usually here within an hour after we request them and if for some reason they can't be, they've always called quickly to let us know they're backed up/on lunch and will get to us ASAP. Most importantly, any issues we've had have been resolved on the first visit. No band-aid fixes that we'd have to call back for in two weeks. Also, if you love dogs, this is the place to be. This has to be one of the best pet-friendly complexes in the area. I feel like many other complexes I've been to, you hardly see anyone out and about with their dog. Or they're limited to small dogs. At the Crossings, we see people and their dogs all over the place and it's so great! Big dogs, small dogs, everything in between. People are generally respectful and do a pretty good job cleaning up after their pups as well, which is definitely not always the case at some complexes. I can't speak highly enough about this place. If it's in your budget, definitely schedule a visit and consider moving in ASAP! Few places are actually worth the insane cost of rent these days, but the Crossings at Nine Mile is one place that definitely is. *Attached are some photos we took with our sweet girl on the day she left us. The chinese magnolia trees (i think that's what they are, anyway) on property had recently bloomed and gifted us with this lovely backdrop. One of my favorite features of the landscaping here, and I will remember this day fondly every time I see them. This is perhaps overly sentimental for a review, but being at the Crossings for the last 9 months of her life was really special. She loved meeting people and their dogs, and being here made that possible nearly every day. It really means a lot to us, so thank you to the team at the Crossings at Nine Mile for creating and maintaining such a beautiful, fantastic place!

Where do I begin? 10 years in the Navy, and we’ve lived everywhere. Never have we been treated so kindly than the Crossings at Nine Mile. From day one, the entire staff has treated us like family. Truly. Angel, Misty and Ashley go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Angel (the property manager) personally cleaned our apartment the night before we moved in to make sure it was spotless (and it was!). That’s the sort of above and beyond kindness you just don’t find anymore. The apartments themselves are outstanding. Great maintenance team, new paint, carpet, etc. We have 3 children, and they can’t get enough of the pool which is quite nice. You can look at more apartments in the area, but why would you? The staff and facilities here are top notch and we absolutely love it here. Walking distance (less than 1/2 mile) to anything you could possibly need (Publix, Target, CFA, Kohl’s, 10+ more restaurants). We love that the property is somewhat secluded, ie, you could drive by it everyday and not even know there’s an apartment property at the end of Baldridge Road. We feel very safe here, which is a big issue for a family of 5.

What a great place to live! It’s a little secluded, so that if you didn’t live here you might not realize there’s a whole apartment complex here. It’s very well maintained with good furniture and spacious living areas. The community here is bright and friendly. I love bringing my laptop to the pool when I have work to do and using the office WiFi to check emails. Sometimes I use the small gym in the clubhouse. When I didn’t have a mail key, the groundskeeper personally made me one on the spot. Really a fantastic place to live. I couldn’t recommend it more highly.
