Lived here for about a year. It was great! The staff were super kind and extremely helpful. Maintenance team was very quick, efficient, and kind. Can't say we had any real issues with the complex at all. I can't stress how willing the staff was to work with you about your specific requests or situation. They were amazingly communicative.

Beautiful building, great location, nice amenities.
I've been living at Sterling Hill Apartments for about three months now and I love everything about it! My move in experience was smooth, my apartment (and view) is fantastic, and the staff is so accommodating and friendly! The common areas are great and always clean. I have no issues with getting my mail or packages, which was a huge problem at my last apartment. I have nothing but positive things to say about Sterling Hill Apartments and its staff.

We have lived here for 3 years now and by far one the best complexes for getting things done. They have been more than accommodating with my elderly mom coming to stay with us and it has made things easier during the time that she is with us. And I also love the tree area at the end of my parking lot. It’s just a cool little thing.
