Pensacola Grand

“ horrible new management , family member has lived there for over a year. They bought Beautiful outdoor decor and high-quality outdoor UV protective curtains so that they can have a bit of privacy and reprieve from the sun. Because of a “rule change” they have to take down curtains or else suffer fine in penalties. What a joke. It’s Florida. Everyone needs safety and reprieve from the sun!

Run down old apartment complex. Towing signs do not meet the Florida Law Rules for towing vehicles. Management poor at this location.

Let this be the last place you stay at . Yes it’s luxury and nice . But the security is trash they literally have people come out at night stealing cars breaking in cars and etc my car was stole and nothing was done there was no cameras no nothing all they did was kept asking did I get it back. The apartment manger is very rude and they will look out for “long term residents “ and go off anything they say more then listen to the new residents. Save your money and time and go somewhere else

I just moved out of the Pensacola Grand because I relocated out of state. I lived here for 2 years and enjoyed my stay. My unit was in great condition when I moved in (and super spacious with huge closets), the grounds are well kept, and the amenities are really nice. When I moved in, there was a salt water pool, gym, sauna, and car wash. After their change in management, they added a dog wash station, grills, fire pits, and even Amazon lockers recently. I appreciated that they were always working to improve. Maintenance requests were addressed quickly and I had good experiences with the staff. I’d recommend the Pensacola Grand to anyone moving to Pensacola or just looking for a new place to live in the area. Location is nice along Nine Mile, and it felt safe. Not too far from the highway to get downtown too. My rent was going up quite a bit when I left, but I think that’s happening across the board from the housing market.

We were some of the first residents to move in, and though the entire complex wasn't completed I still felt like it was home. The staff is great, the girls in the front are very welcoming and friendly. The clubhouse is like a dream house, with glass doors in the back that open up to the pool. Gym is adequate for people trying to stay in shape, though could use more free weights. Tanning beds were a great addition I hadn't seen at an apartment complex. The apartments themselves are huge, which makes for plenty of space for storage and never felt like an apartment, especially with the vaulted ceilings. Free cable & internet as part of your rent was a very nice addition and never had any problems with it. Only had one problem with college kids throwing a party, but the on site security calmed it down within 30 minutes of us calling. Overall, I had a great experience with the Pensacola grand. I would like to see it once it is fully completed, because it will be the nicest apartments in the Pensacola area once finished.
