Northwoods Apartments

I’ve really enjoyed living here. The apartment is comfortable, well taken care of, and feels like home. Anytime I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been quick to respond and easy to work with, which I really appreciate. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the community is generally quiet and well maintained. The location is also super convenient—close to stores, restaurants, and main roads, which makes everyday life easier. Overall, it’s been a great place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid, stress-free apartment.

I moved to Pensacola from Nashville, and Jesslyn made the entire process seamless. She helped me handle every detail from a distance and made sure everything was ready before I arrived. The apartment was spotless and move-in ready, and any small issues were handled immediately by the maintenance team. Great apartment for the price, quiet community, and a staff that truly cares about residents. Highly recommend!

Very nice, quiet community. Nice amenities, very responsive office staff and maintenance crew. 24-hour gym and laundry facilities which have coin/debit card/app payment options. Nice, clean pool area, well maintained grass/landscaping of property. Some equipment in phase one gym is in need of maintenance, but overall is in decent shape. Good location in close proximity to many shops/restaurants/grocery stores and it's only 7 minutes from the hospital and 5 minutes from the airport. Fairly priced. Highly recommend!

Just moved here a month ago and I love it already ..great balcony ..quiet community …dog friendly … quiet… neighbors are great and a good location… Management and staff are fabulous too😎

I suspect the influx of good reviews are from the current giftcard giveaway they’re doing to get more reviews. I lived here for several years and while it’s a great price- you get what you pay for. This was the worst place I’ve ever lived. Police were present often, the tennis court is dilapidated, the dog park was filled with feces, the bathroom ceiling is filled with mildew despite having a dehumidifier, they don’t cap off the Washer connections, so they’re filled with roaches unless you use them or cap it off yourself. The cabinetry resembles unfinished particleboard. Aside from 2 longstanding ones, employees are constantly changing and overall the service is horrible. They redid the siding and left a huge hole in my wall going to the outside and acted shocked that I wanted it fixed as soon as possible. We drove by recently and the new siding they installed when we left is already peeling. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
