Honestly the management was infinitely better when it wasn’t under College Vue. The old management knew how to get stuff done with urgency. College Vue ruined the “Rhelm.”

Didn’t think it could get worse from my last apartment but somehow did. The day I moved in I noticed my dryer was not working so I went to the office to tell them. They told me they put in the maintenance order. Well, 2 weeks later I go up there to ask for update, turns out they didn’t even put in the work order the first time I went up there! They told me they ordered a part for it, but then a week later, I have the office employees asking if it was my washer or dryer that was broken! How can you tell me you ordered a part for something when you don’t know what’s broken??? Horrible!

What a disappointment this apartment was. My kid moved in and the apartment was disgusting. Blood on the walls, holes in the floor, a burnt joint in the bathroom with ashes all over the floor. Air conditioning hasn't worked or fixed in a week. Smelled like smoke. Was not freshly painted. Holes in the walls in bedrooms and living room. My kids toilet seat was pissed stained all over it. Front door lock didn't work. They took our deposit money 5 months ago and this is what they get when they walk in. Its a great location, but beware when you rent here. You can never say I did not warn you.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rhelm Apartments, and I was thoroughly impressed with what I saw. The community is beautifully maintained, with modern architecture that creates an inviting atmosphere. This would be a wonderful place for a current or future UWF student. During my visit, I had the opportunity to meet Tracy, who was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I walked in, Tracy greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. She took the time to give me a comprehensive tour of the property, highlighting all the fantastic amenities and features that Rhelm Apartments has to offer. Tracy's knowledge and enthusiasm were evident as she answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Her professionalism and genuine passion for helping potential residents made my visit truly enjoyable. It's clear that she is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. Overall, my visit to Rhelm Apartments was a wonderful experience, and Tracy's exceptional service played a significant role in that. I highly recommend checking out Rhelm Apartments if you're in search of a new home!

Don't sign here unless you want to pay a $500 sublet fee after being consistently ignored and hit with condescending comments from management about how the $500 is for the convenience of all of the "hard work" they do for sublets. In all actuality they charge this fee because they know people will be in desperate need of student housing even up until the lease start date, so it benefits them to get a free $500 (which is well over half the rent) on top of the rent of whoever sublet your room (and other fees they nickel and dime you for before moving in) . This process has been nothing but a headache and a half for me due to their system outage that caused them to not contact me for over a week about my apartment that had already been taken over, and somehow they deserve to be paid for it.
