I have lived here since February of 2025, Chapins has been nothing but amazing to me, I see all of the other reviews about previous bad experiences but since Chapins has gone under new management. They have been nothing but the best, they answer all Questions and fulfill service requests within a few days. Iβm definitely sticking around for awhile

Am so thankful and blessed that I was able to move to Chapins Landing on Underwood in Pensacola. The updates you have done on this place which is on both sides of the street are beautiful. The landscaping is beautiful. The pools are beautiful. The gyms are awesome. I look out my patio window to the pool and palm trees.. always wanted them in my yard πI got a studio and itβs more than what I wouldβve expected. Itβs my new tiny home and they take care of me so well here that I feel like family thank you, Chapins Landing and all your staff.

Its been about 10 weeks in now and I'm enjoying my time here. First time doing a move like this but Paige and Mady in the front office were very helpful and patient with me the entire time. I did have a maintenance request but they got it knocked out. I put in a transfer request and the team is helping me make that happen.

I love living here at Chapins. The resort style pools, and all the amenities that is offered is a plus! The office staff is nice and very helpful with anything I need. The location is surrounded by all types of eateries, malls, grocery, and hospital for easy access. I have a nice 2 bedroom unit, and the property is not new but well kept up. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to call home, I recommend this place.

Moved into Chapins in 2021, finally escaped the horrific nightmare of a complex that this place is in 2024. Community comes with bare bones amenities that arenβt worth much, Management doesnβt care about any concerns you have. I paid for a reserved parking space and still had to have cars towed out of my space. Complained over months about my apartment smelling like weed due to people in the same unit lighting it up all day everyday because they have nothing better to do. Water system at the complex is disgusting, even with filters on the water systems in the unit it still molded and gunked up. Black mold & roaches infest the walls of every single unit no matter how much pest control is done. Ceiling had a water stain from above unit for almost a year, still never got it looked at from the time I left. Entire complex honestly should be torn down and rebuilt. For anyone whoβs looking to move in, simply donβt. anyone who lives here, leave when you can. You wonβt regret it. Stay far away!
