Carrier Landing

Carrier Landings is the place all NIFE students should live! I moved here in March 2024, and Cindi made my transition to Pensacola seamless. Her dedication to the residents is evident—she goes above and beyond to ensure your living situation is as comfortable as possible, allowing you to focus on your studies. Cindi hosts community events each month and cooks us breakfast every Friday, creating a welcoming atmosphere where residents can gather, connect, and build friendships. It’s has a been a fantastic way to create a sense of community within the complex. The property is impeccably maintained, and the amenities are outstanding. Unlike a typical corporate apartment complex, Cindi and the owners genuinely care about their property and residents. I can not recommend this place enough! The flight simulators, gym, and overall environment are truly next level!

Living at Carrier Landing has been a wonderful experience, and a huge part of that is thanks to our amazing property manager, Cindi. From the moment I moved in, she has been incredibly welcoming and attentive. Cindi always goes above and beyond to ensure that residents feel at home, whether it’s through timely maintenance responses or organizing community events that bring everyone together. The property itself is in great condition and offers great amenities that make everyday living very enjoyable. I appreciate the clean and inviting common areas, as well as the peaceful atmosphere that allows for relaxation after a busy day. Cindi’s dedication to creating a positive living environment truly sets this residence apart. It’s clear she cares about each resident and works tirelessly to address any concerns. I would highly recommend Carrier Landing for anyone looking for a fantastic community with an excellent property manager!

The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, with great amenities that make everyday living a breeze. The community is welcoming and friendly, creating a great atmosphere for all aviators! The housing manager and her team is incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any concerns. The location is perfect, with easy access to Cordova mall, dining, and Sky Warrior. Plus, the landscaping and all the surroundings are very well maintained so it makes it a joy to come home each day. I highly recommend Carrier Landings!

Carrier Landing is an amazing new fully furnished housing facility for aviators. The clubhouse has a pool and a 24hr gym. Also, they have multiple simulators upstairs to help pilots stay proficient when they’re not flying. The housing manager Cindi and her team are great and always so helpful. I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else!! :)

I absolutely loved my time at Carrier Landings and it will be missed. I will always remember how easy it was to move in, everything was provided in the apartment, I just needed my bedding and towels. The staff is so awesome and kind. The facilities and amenities alone make this place worth every penny. I enjoyed the gym and simulators. The pool was such a great place to relax. This is a unique place to live and definitely one in a million. You won’t regret staying here.
