Broadview Oaks

Trish has been so incredibly helpful and kind to my fiancé and I. We were looking for an affordable place close to home so we could take care of our family’s needs and still have our own space. She’s been so flexible, kind and very responsive. My fiancé and I move in to our first apartment together (our own space!!!) this December and we couldn’t be more excited. Everything has been smooth, and for that we are grateful. Thank you, Trish, and the Broadview Oaks apartment crew! We look forward to living there!! 😊

I wouldn't waste my time applying for a apartment out here. The lady Trish is terrible, she's so confused and don't know who she talking to at any given time. These ran down apartments are taking apartment are taking advantage of people and making you spend your money putting in a application just for them to deny you. These are old out dated and possibly built in the 70's . They going to say me and my cosigner don't make enough to get a apartment,mind you I have two incomes and my cosigner has a job. It's laughable to me ,Trish is definitely playing games with people. We wasted time dealing with her, she told we were denied in less than 15 minutes,so I knew that was bs smh

Do not apply to this place. They are not very upcoming when it comes to their applications and what they’re looking for. They want to pal up on deposits and deny u it seems like there after the deposit only not placing people in homes. they have had the same apartments on there for months. I’ve spent two different deposits only for them to deny two over something petty first it was my income they said it was low and it wasn’t that was a lie now it’s my credit. They never mentioned it the first time they denied me when I applied it was my income now it’s my credit.

I have been renting at Broadview Oaks since 2000! I do so for its convenience to everything. But I must say that the current manager, Trish, is the absolute best ever during all that time! She goes the extra mile to help people with billing and repairs. We have many older people, including myself, who have trouble with digital stuff, and Trish is always there to help out. She really cares about us. I also think that Tim is the best maintenance person we have had. He is very friendly and actually knows what he is doing.
