Arbours at Ensley

There were BLACK MOLD in every room, I remind you before I gave my notice to move in December 2023 my internet service were over used each and every month and I’m out of state and before I left I caught a worker coming in using the key thinking I was working Arbours at Ensley would also call me telling me my rent would be increased every two to three months, not getting a raise but going up on the rent (make it make sense) just harassing saying my apartment is vacant and I’m paying rent. And when it was time for me to clean the apartment I was told not to over load the dumpster so now they’re saying I owe them money.

When maintenance come in. They need to knock FIRST. Some people are at home because school is out. Not only did he not knock upon entering apt. He continued through house and opened bedroom doors without knocking and I did not realize he was in the apt. He needs to be fired! I could have been naked or anything else in my bedroom. Where these people come from!!!! This is sure way to get a charge.

0 Stars. Absolutely awful leasing management. They were zero help when I lived there. They kept telling me that they had a 10 year wait list but somehow managed to waive it for me which was great other than the absolute disrespect that I received after that. The office lady there (Mia) disclosed personal information of mine such as my pay with other residents and property staff! She also yelled at me and got vindictive several times! They never answered the phones, and always had the office locked “DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS!” There were times when staff was there because you could see them/lights on through the blinds and they would blatantly ignore you knocking. I had mail lost/stolen a few times. As well as staff came into my unit while I was at work without notification that they would be entering. I know this as blinds were changed and things had been moved that I know I did not move before leaving my unit for the day. They also kept telling me one thing about move out then went back on their word to a different rule not once but two to three times during my move out process! I felt so unsafe and uncomfortable by the time I left! One of my friends vehicles was also vandalized while parked on the premises. In the end, they proceeded to try and charge me for a month that I didn’t even live there! My unit was vacant for 3 weeks they did a walkthrough and knew that it was available to lease. If that had a 10 year waitlist they could’ve damn well rented it right away and I’m sure they did. They just wanted the extra money because they are greedy. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!!!

I have filled out an application on their portal and have called everyday for the past MONTH and no one will pick up the phone. Definitely bad business for them but even better for the surrounding complexes. Now I know that if I was a tenant and something was to go wrong in my apartment I would not be able to trust the staff to even get back with me at timely manner or even at all so good looking out!

Staff not very friendly or helpful… after filling out application there was no option on the website to submit application fees… I called for assistance and each time I called the lady is saying there is nothing she can do… and I’ll have to fill out a paper application. She won’t even take my contact information or see maybe if there was something / a step I missed. And each time I call they say the waiting list is 12 months to discourage me , I already understand that I still want to apply. Terrible staff.
