Me and my bf have lived here since December of 2024 and itโs honestly one of the worst places Iโve lived I do think the neighborhood is cute I like that itโs cut off from the main road and the staff is very nice but thereโs cons. First of all the water is cut off if not every week then every other week and sometimes multiple times a week, itโs like theyโre just putting a bandaid over whatever issue they have instead of properly investing to fix the problem Rent is way overpriced for the apartment itself so itโs been a struggle to even save to move somewhere else. Roaches and ants are always a problem even tho our home is clean and we set traps out. I feel like with these problems it just makes no sense for rent to be that high when weโre paying for a โhomeโ that isnโt even worth it.

Honestly, this complex just needs to be bulldozed or shut down and remodeled. I feel horrible for whoever had to move into my unit, given that it flooded from pipes busting above and dealing with mold. Moving out helped both my mental and physical health. Old and overpriced!

Roaches, black mold, very frequent water shutoffs, leaks. Staff is great and probably trying their best to keep up but it is likely time for these apartments to shutdown

Trinity has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire leasing process. She has been incredibly friendly, patient and professional answering all of my questions and going above and beyond to explain all the details. So far a great experience, not quite sure of a lot of negative reviews being written about Arbor Club, as everytime I call or visit it is quiet, staff are smiling and quick to say hello.

*Update: Met Kris (property manager) 7/24/25-she explains how heartbroken she was seeing the review (as if weโre not the ones really heartbroken AND out of a home!), she mentions some older units arenโt up to standard but tried to backpedal when my 16yo mentions that they shouldnโt rent those if theyโre below standard, she briefly got defensive once for some illogical reason, she apologized but Trinity didnโt (she appeared to have an attitude), she said it may take weeks to get refund check (we must be out of our home in
