Exchange at North Bay

These are very clean and beautiful apartments. There are a lot of nice accommodations for the tenants including a nice clean gym, a pool, a dog grooming area, and a clubhouse that offers coffee and drinks. Everyone that works in the office are very professional and friendly. Tisha, Shara, and Ryan are all very nice and helpful. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a place to rent in the area.

My experience with the leasing and move-in process was honestly a really good one. We started working together around July/August, just before we moved in, and what I thought would be stressful ended up being smooth, organized, and way easier than expected. I’ve been living here for about six months now, and looking back, I’m really happy with how everything was handled from the beginning. Tisha was a big reason for that. She was professional but also very easy to talk to, and it was clear she genuinely cared about making sure everything went well. She kept communication clear, answered questions without making anything feel rushed, and helped me feel confident at every step. What stood out most was how welcoming she is — she truly wants you to feel at home, not just check boxes and move on. I’m really grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend Tisha to anyone looking for a reliable and caring leasing agent.

Complex is in a great location and near everything you'll need. If your in college its 5 mins from campus. The apartments are very nice and updated. It's also quiet here. Issue: don't rent from building 11 unless your prepared to not have reliable water. We can be in the shower and the water just stops running. This wasn't disclosed to us before we rented our unit and now we are stuck with this known issue and hoping we can take a shower. If this issue ever it's fixed I'll give full 5 stars.

Rashara is AMAZING! She helped me throughout this process since July/August. She is very professional, honest, and patient. I was looking for a place to live since I’m moving from another city. I did check out a different apartment first, but it’s nothing like Exchange. Exchange is so clean, quiet area, and the staff are amazing. I’m so excited to call this beautiful apartment complex my new home! Thank you Rashara, Tisha, Ryan and the maintenance team for all the hard work and dedication to potential/new/current residents. You all are the best!!

The entire team is amazing— Rashara, Tisha, Jason, and Ryan. They should all be commended for how well they take care of their tenants. Incredible. Their support could not be more prompt or generous. Terrific property and all my neighbors are warm and welcoming. Zero complaints.
