The property is messy on the outside, with trash constantly overflowing onto the street. Maintenance is the worst—nothing ever gets taken care of, yet they inspect your home to charge extra fees. The office staff is unprofessional and disorganized. Overall, I would definitely not recommend living here.

I was very impressed with the apartments after having been on several tours at different complexes in the area. I knew during the excellent guided tour by Katherine Reyes that this was just the place I was looking for, and a month later I'm still positive. There professional yet friendly attention to detail for any of my questions facilitated my move and have made me feel very welcome to the new community.
