Villas at St. Johns Apartments

The surroundings of Villas at St. John's Apartments are so peaceful and my apartment feels like home. The view of the lake from my window makes it even better. Esther gave me a tour, she was very accommodating. Our apartment is spacious with a good amount of natural light. The grounds are well kept. I'm happy with my decision to move here!

Apartments are beautiful! I seriously couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. The two pools are my favorite part. The grounds are always super well- maintained, The staff are wonderful- Stephanie the manager there is so sweet and helpful! My apartment is spacious and gets great amount of natural light, which I love. The staff hosts fun events for the kids and adults too! Between the movie nights and egg hunts, my favorites would definitely be the pool parties. I would definitely recommend moving here!

This apartment complex is a total winner! The pool table in the common area is a super fun addition, and having a pool to cool off in during those hot Florida days is just perfect. Plus, the service here is top-notch – always friendly and quick to help out. It really feels like a great place to live. Living here is so convenient! Everything I need is just a stone's throw away – whether it's groceries, my favorite coffee shop, or even just a quick trip to the park. It seriously cuts down on travel time and makes life so much easier.

I live here at St John's Apts and can say that the staff is Always on point they will help in anyway possible, always respectful and super nice. The maintenance people are Great. They're always cleaning and doing the work orders as rapidly as possible. They keep everything working smoothly and on cue. I've dealt with Luis and he's always fast and on time to do whatever needs to be done and always has a smile..I'm so glad to be living here where it is quiet, peaceful and clean! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this location. Stephanie and team are wonderful, helpful, caring, and make living at the villas safe and comfortable. Living on the first floor has been quite. It is a great place for all ages and it is safe living here. It’s like you have your own private oasis inside your apartment are newly renovated living spaces modern and functional. There’s not covered parking, but your car is very safe The area is secluded. There are two clean pools and a small gym and two recreational areas along with a jungle gym for kids. The apartments are pet friendly and have a lot of area to walk dogs even a dog park across the street from our Lil oasis. The surroundings are gorgeous and your neighbors are quiet. I highly recommend moving here. Close to many restaurants and shopping and a ten min drive to the beach. Easy access to both 95 and 295 freeways.
