Stephen is a great leasing agent. Heβs upbeat and very welcoming. He allowed me to your 2 different apartment layouts to find which was the most suitable for me and was very knowledgeable about the amenities and extras included within the community and in the rental price. I feel like he helped me make the right decision on leasing with the Landing!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I nicknamed The Landing Saint Augustine The ROACH Motel. I lived there January through December 2025. You have a monthly Pest Control bill that you have to pay. Yet the place is loaded with cockroaches. Even though I am an extremely clean person, I still had ROACHES in my apartment. The homeless are allowed to swim in the pools. They allow aggressive dog breeds. My little Shih Tzu was almost eaten by the neighbors, violently aggressive dog. There is dog shit everywhere!!! The water is terrible!!! You complain to management they do nothing about it. Your water and sewer bill is shared with everyone that lives in your building. At the end of my lease after paying my rent on time, they increased my rent and forced me to pay for a bulk Internet fee. AT&T owns the Internet in all of those buildings. They force you to use AT&T and charge you an additional $60 a month in your lease. Yet, if you are new to the The Landing, they give you free rent. When you move out, they will nickel and dime you to death to keep your security deposit. When you first meet them, they will appear kind, professional, courteous, and honest. Itβs all a bunch of BS!!! I wouldnβt live here again for free!!!

I recently visited The Landing at St. Augustine and was so impressed with the staffβs professionalism, Stephen and Faith in particular. They are extremely responsive with emails and I got all my questions answered on my tour with Stephen. Everything was kept tidy, including the amenities like the pool, lobby, and common areas. Community police are constantly monitoring the area and I felt very safe. The whole experience made me feel confident in my decision to move here!

I had such a great experience thanks to Stephen at The Landing! He was so personable and friendly from the moment I arrived. He took the time to walk me through everything and made sure I understood all the details. He even went over the upcoming events and things happening around the property, which was super helpful and made me feel really welcome. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and cares about making people feel comfortable!
