Kim, who is the property manager at the Apartments at Aria, took the time to give us a personal tour, which really shows how passionate she is about what she does. She was incredibly friendly, very knowledgeable, and an all-around great person to work with. She made the entire experience enjoyable and answered all of our questions with ease. The property itself is absolutely beautiful and gorgeous. Thank you, Kim, for such a wonderful tour!

Our move‑in experience at Aria Durbin Creek was excellent, thanks to Briyanee. She was incredibly helpful from the moment we arrived—welcoming, patient, thorough and very relatable. She made sure we had everything we needed, answered all of our questions, and walked us through the essentials so we felt comfortable right away. Her professionalism and positive attitude made the entire process smooth and stress‑free. Starting a new chapter is always easier when someone genuinely cares, and Briyanee definitely made a difference.

I've had a great experience moving into Aria Durbin Creek. Briyanee was my Leasing Specialist and is one of the best I have worked with. She is very attentive, patient, and knowledgeable. There are always additional questions and things that come up, and she was quick to resolve them immediately with a great deal of care. I trust that this excellent service will continue during my stay here, and it was one of the main reasons I decided to relocate to this residence. Carlos is incredible! He has gone above and beyond for us since the moment we walked in the doors to take a tour of the property. It didn’t take long for us to decide this was the place for us! The paperwork was all done through the online portals which makes the process a breeze if you’re working full-time and/or moving in from out of state. Carlos was also just a text/call away with an answer to any questions we had while completing the agreements. Upon move-in, our guest bedroom toilet made a noise that was rather bothersome. I submitted a maintenance request late that night and Lawrence came the very next morning to fix it. He was so sweet and very knowledgeable. Everyone we’ve met through this process has been extremely kind and accommodating. We cannot say enough great things about the management of the property. Not to mention how beautiful the units and community are. We are extremely happy! :)
